Liquor Regulation 2007 consultation expected soon
With the safe passage of the Liquor Act 2007(as it is now) through the NSW Parliament in December 2007, consultation on the associated Regulation is to be expected soon.
In late November 2007 a draft Regulation was tabled in Parliament which Raise the Bar has a copy of, and after checking with the Office of Liquor, Gaming, and Racing for protocol issues or permission, may make available from this website.
Like the associated Planning Reforms to be tabled in the Buget session of the NSW Parliament, an appropriate Liquor Regulation will be required to be completed correctly in the first half of 2008 for the new licenses to meet the great expectations of the people of NSW.
