Parliament votes this week on new planning process for small bars
This week the NSW Parliament votes on new planning processes for live entertainment in NSW that will hopefully encourage licensed premises to host live entertainment rather than just have televisions and gambling.
If you support this NSW Government initiative, then please email your
local member in our CUT THE
RED TAPE campaign.
Click here to read our submission
to all members of the NSW Parliament as they prepare to vote on these changes to the NSW Planning system.
Please participate. New small bars will not fulfil their potential
UNLESS these laws are rationalised and the NSW PoPE "entertainment"
regulation that punishes music and theatre whilst exempting broadcast
sport and gambling in the same venue is removed from our planning
laws.
