Sydney Restaurateur thanks Raise the Bar

On what turned into an electric day in Sydney on Tuesday - both in weather and politics, a prominent Sydney restaurateur showed his own personal appreciation of the 6 member raise the bar team by taking them to dinner in one of his extremely upmarket restaurants by the Harbour late into the evening.

Adele, Mimi, Jonathon, Andrew, Dave and John dined and drank in style, and i have to say the wagyu was the most amazing thing i have ever eaten, no shit! - on what was indeed a beautiful occasion.

Many hours, expense, and perhaps even a dash of personal courage went into the campaign.

There has been a great deal of acknowledgment in the media, and plenty of recognition by Members of both Houses in the Parliament of the hard work and initiative of the campaign, but it was also very special to have this one acknowledgement of the contribution of the raise the bar campaign to the development of the NSW restaurant industry.
