NSW being carved up in behind the scenes deals

In a move that would divide the state, metropolitan, rural and regional
NSW could be left behind by deals being done behind the scenes on
liquor reform.
Proposed new liquor licenses would privilege only the Sydney CBD in
deals being currently discussed with stakeholders . These zones would
satisfy Clover Moore, Westfield, AHA, and the State Government, but
leave NSW residents still owned by pubs and clubs.
