Souris, the 50 patron cap, and the late trading plan for Sydney Council
The
NSW Coalition looks set to back Clovers small bars bill
provided there is a restriction on patrons limited to 50 in the
premises.
Its interesting to note that in the recent
Late Trading Plan for the City of Sydney, there is preferable
treatment proposed for restaurant licenses up to 120 people over other
types of liquor licence such as nightclubs, pubs, and clubs.
Surely George wouldn't have had that in mind when he decided 120 was
too many, and that 50 is ok?.
